San Antonio, TX (February 21, 2023) Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.) has made changes to their sales organization to bolster their already strong presence in field sales and technical support.
Kellie Taube has been promoted to senior director, global sales and will lead the P.S.I. sales team following Jim Sharkey's promotion to president of P.S.I. Taube joined P.S.I. in 2021 as sales director for the Northeast region and strategic accounts. She has a diverse background as a mechanical engineer, with proficiency in manufacturing sales, management and operational transformation with companies including General Motors and Nalco. Taube also founded a chain of business magazines that reached 1.5 million in circulation under her leadership. While at P.S.I., she quickly established herself with her new client base, demonstrated excellent team building and organizational skills as well as a vision for adapting PSI’s commercial structure to a constantly changing market. Jim Herzog continues his advancement at P.S.I with his promotion to sales director, South Central region. Herzog graduated top of his class from Northwood University with a bachelor’s degree in automotive aftermarket management. He received the Automotive Aftermarket Management Award in 2015 presented each year to the graduate demonstrating academic excellence and enthusiasm to excel in the aftermarket industry. Herzog came to P.S.I. initially through Northwood’s intern program. In 2015, he joined P.S.I. as operations manager and moved into the sales organization in 2019. Herzog has been active in various state trucking associations and is a graduate of the prestigious Lead ATA program for future industry leaders. P.S.I. has hired Todd Pate as sales director, Southeast region. Before starting with P.S.I., Pate spent 15 years with Hyundai Translead, most recently as general manager, Southeast region. Before that experience, he was director of maintenance for Landstar Systems. Pate’s combined background in trailer sales for a major OEM and as director of maintenance for a large fleet will add significant experience to P.S.I.’s field organization. Also joining P.S.I.’s sales organization is Jacob Castro. Castro will be sales director Northeast region. Castro’s experience includes six years with Daimler Trucks North America most recently as connected field service engineer as well as global product management responsibilities with Blount International. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Portland State University. “One of P.S.I.’s core strengths is our team of experienced salespeople who understand the challenges of commercial fleets to improve their bottom line and stay competitive in a very competitive environment.,” commented Jim Sharkey, president of P.S.I. “these latest promotions and new additions only solidify that.”
